Learn one behaviour
A mission teaches one behaviour that you can hear or see. Read the model, study the poor version, and name the difference before practice starts.
Foundation unit
Complete one lesson, one buyer drill, and one reflection as a single unit of progress.
Lessons
A mission teaches one behaviour that you can hear or see. Read the model, study the poor version, and name the difference before practice starts.
The buyer drill creates a moment where the behaviour matters. Adam or Eve changes the buyer response when your words change. No real customer is ever contacted in a practice mission.
Quote one moment from the drill. Explain what it did to the conversation. Choose one action for the retry. Reflection is a decision about the next practice, not a diary entry.
Progress through Begin, Evaluate, Learn, Practice, Certify, Perform, Improve, and Lead. The circle repeats because performance creates new evidence for learning and practice.
Buyer drill
Eve gives the same objection twice in different words. Apply one chosen behaviour, review the result, and retry only the weaker response.
No real customer is ever contacted during practice.
Reflection
What evidence shows that the chosen behaviour worked? What will you test in the next mission?
