Operating path

Connector

Start an honest conversation and make a permission-based handoff.

Missions

Each mission contains one lesson, one buyer drill, and one reflection. Adam and Eve play the buyer and can coach you mid-call. No real customer is ever contacted during practice.

Mission 1

Name the reason

LessonState who you are, why you reached out, and why the person might care. Do not borrow trust from a relationship you do not have.

Buyer drillAdam plays a community contact who asks how you got their name.

ReflectionDid your opening make the reason clear before it asked for time?

Mission 2

Earn permission

LessonAsk for a small next step. Treat no, not now, and tell me more as different answers.

Buyer drillEve gives each of the three answers in one practice set.

ReflectionWhich answer did you handle as if it meant something else?

Mission 3

Find a useful fit

LessonAsk enough to learn whether a handoff can help. Do not turn a friendly talk into a hidden sales call.

Buyer drillAdam likes the idea but has no problem that the offer solves.

ReflectionWhat evidence told you to continue or stop?

Mission 4

Make the handoff

LessonExplain who will contact the person, why, and what was shared. Record permission and the agreed next action.

Buyer drillEve agrees to a handoff but limits what may be shared.

ReflectionDoes your record protect the limit and prepare the next person?

Scored role check

Show the work under pressure.

Start with a warm contact, discover whether a useful fit exists, and make or decline a handoff.

Evidence scale

  • 0 — Not shown. The behaviour is absent or unsafe.
  • 1 — Prompted. The behaviour appears only after direct coaching.
  • 2 — Inconsistent. The behaviour appears, then fails when the buyer changes.
  • 3 — Independent. The behaviour holds without coaching.
  • 4 — Deliberate. The behaviour holds, and the learner can explain the evidence.

Scored criteria

  1. Reason and identity are clear
  2. Permission is explicit
  3. Fit is based on evidence
  4. Handoff record is complete
  5. Boundaries remain intact

The result is a 0–20 evidence profile. It shows which mission to repeat. The Academy has not published a pass mark.
