Each mission contains one lesson, one buyer drill, and one reflection. Adam and Eve play the buyer and can coach you mid-call. No real customer is ever contacted during practice.
Mission 1
Reach the owner
LessonCall the owner whose trucks make money and whose desk leaks. A gatekeeper is a path, not a pitch. Log Not owner when the decision is not on the line.
Buyer drillAdam answers as a receptionist who will not put you through unless you name the desk without dumping the price.
ReflectionDid you get a real window in the owner's US hours, or did you pitch the wrong person?
Mission 2
Find the desk leak
LessonAsk problem questions before you describe Eden. Missed calls, after hours, the screen a person still has to run. Use the owner's words.
Buyer drillEve first says the scheduling software they already pay for covers it, then names the voicemail after 5pm.
ReflectionWhich question found the leak in their words?
Mission 3
Name the office, not the software
LessonSay the locked phrases. Published price is $25,000 a month. Onboarding from $25,000, typically $50,000 to $150,000. Eden replaces the desk, not the hands. Do not sell Academy seats.
Buyer drillAdam asks if this is another login they already bought and whether the price is flexible.
ReflectionDid you keep the mechanism as the office, and the price without a maybe?
Mission 4
Get them to call their company
LessonIntroduce Adam, then go quiet. The next step is Call your company — a number in their company name, or Adam live on the three-way. Record Heard the line, Callback, Not owner, No answer, or Do not call.
Buyer drillEve agrees if someone will send a proposal and book a strategy call with the team.
ReflectionDid you refuse the setter close and still leave a next step the owner can hear?
